❓ Welcome bonus not credited after first deposit
This is the most common bonus support query. The welcome bonus is automatic — but if it has not appeared within 15 minutes of your deposit being credited, check these causes in order:
Deposit below ₹1,000. The minimum qualifying deposit for the welcome bonus is ₹1,000. Deposits of ₹999 or below do not trigger the bonus. If you deposited less than ₹1,000, make a top-up deposit to bring your total first session deposit to ₹1,000 and contact WhatsApp support to confirm eligibility.
Deposit not yet credited to account. UPI deposits usually credit in under 30 seconds — but IMPS deposits require manual UTR submission to WhatsApp support. If your IMPS deposit has not been credited yet, the bonus cannot be applied. Submit your UTR via WhatsApp first.
Not your first deposit. The welcome bonus applies only to the first deposit on a new account. If you have previously deposited on this account (even a small amount), the welcome bonus will not be triggered on subsequent deposits.

🔄 How to check your turnover progress
To see how much of your 3× sports turnover you have completed, message WhatsApp support with your Player ID and ask: "What is my current bonus turnover progress?" Support will provide your settled sports bet total and the target amount. Here is how to calculate it yourself:
Turnover Calculation Formula:
Turnover target = (Your deposit + Your bonus) × 3
Example: ₹5,000 deposit → ₹5,000 bonus → total balance ₹10,000 → turnover target = ₹30,000 in settled sports bets
Only settled sports bets count — pending bets, voided bets, and all casino bets are excluded from the turnover counter.
30-day window: All turnover must be completed within 30 calendar days of your first deposit. If the window closes before completion, the bonus is forfeited — not the deposit funds themselves.
👥 Referral bonus not received
Referral bonuses are credited automatically within 24 hours of your referred friend making their first qualifying deposit (minimum ₹1,000). If your referral bonus has not appeared after 24 hours:
Did your friend register via your referral link? If they registered directly (not via your unique link), the referral is not tracked to your account. The referral link must be used at the point of registration — it cannot be applied retroactively.
Did your friend make their first deposit of at least ₹1,000? Registration alone does not trigger the referral bonus. The qualifying event is the first deposit. If your friend registered but has not yet deposited, the bonus will not be credited until they do.
Message WhatsApp support with your Player ID and your friend's Player ID (or their registered phone number). Support will check whether the referral is tracked and credit the bonus manually if it was missed by the automatic system.
⏰ Bonus expired before completing turnover
If your 30-day bonus window closes before you complete the 3× sports turnover, the bonus amount is forfeited. The deposit funds themselves are not affected — only the bonus portion is removed. You keep any winnings already withdrawn during the period. To avoid expiry:
Register and deposit during IPL season (March–May) when 74 matches provide daily turnover opportunities across 200+ markets per match.
Plan your session bankroll in advance. At ₹500/bet × 3 markets per match × 20 matches = ₹30,000 turnover — achievable in 20 match sessions at moderate stakes.
